Order Processing Time
We hustle to ensure your order is processed as quickly as possible, but kindly note that all orders take 1-2 days in processing. For personalized or custom items, extra time may be required.
Shipping Policy
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders, local or international. This is absolutely free; no extra shipping costs are added on your purchase order. Please note that shipping times will vary depending on location, but we do our best to have your order with you in the shortest amount of time possible.

Yes, we do ship internationally! No matter where you're located around the globe, we're more than happy to send our products right to your doorsteps.
Return Policy for Customized Products
Returns for personalized products can be made within 30 days, in instances where the product is defective. Unless the item arrives at your doorstep defective or incorrect, we cannot offer return or exchange for items that have been customized.
Refunds and Replacements
We offer refunds only for non-personalized items. Personalized items that are defective can be replaced. If a problem is found with your order, please contact our support team for resolution.
Refund Processing Time
After your refund is approved, the actual refund will take place within 14 business days. Please note that the period of time for you to see the credit back in your account depends on your method of payment.

We accept Credit/Debit cards and PayPal for all transactions. All of your payment information is handled with a secured process for a seamless, safe experience.
Lost or Damaged Products
We are responsible for products lost during shipment. In the unlikely event of your product getting lost, we'll give a 100% refund. We do not ask that you pay the cost of mailing or any other fee whatsoever. If it arrives damaged, we'll replace the item at no cost to you whatsoever.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the date of purchase. After this period, we will start processing your order and will not be able to cancel your order.

Sales, Discounts, and Promotions
Sometimes, there is an automatic discount at checkout. Note that promotional discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. Sales regarding discounted items are considered final, and promotional products are not accepted for return.
Out-of-Stock Items
If, for any unlikely reason we don't have an ordered item in stock, the amount will be refunded. Otherwise, if you wish, you can register to be informed when the product is available.
